Paul is an adult pulmonary and critical care physician at Massachusetts General Hospital. He is interested in the nexus of quality, safety, and teaching and learning in medicine and has been working on healthcare innovations in this sphere. He serves as the Director of the Respiratory Acute Care Unit, Quality Director in Pulmonary and Critical Care, and Director of Simulation and Experiential Learning for the Department of Medicine at MGH. He is an assistant professor at Harvard Medical School.
